Two types of membership exist:
Institutional Member: A corporation, organization, or other legal entity that operates a treatment facility providing care for individuals with defects of the head and neck, involved in data collection for HNRN research projects.
Scientific Member: An individual or group of individual researcher(s) or consultant(s) that may offer expertise in areas including, but not limited to, epidemiology, health economics, statistics, engineering, etc., but are not involved in data collection for HNRN research projects.
