Institutional Member

To apply for this level of membership, the following is required:

• complete the online Institutional Member Application Form on this website, located in the forms cabinet under membership application forms
• complete the Institutional Profile Information Form (available in the forms cabinet under additional forms for application) and attach it to your online application
• complete a 2-page short CV for the Site Investigator at your institution and attach it to your online application
• complete the Inter-Institutional Agreement (available in the forms cabinet under additional forms for application) and send it to the HNRN Coordinating Centre

Scientific Member

To apply for this level of membership, the following is required:

• complete the online Scientific Member Application Form on this website, located in the forms cabinet under membership application forms
• complete a statement of potential contribution to the HNRN (maximum 1 page) and attach it to your online application
• complete a 2-page short CV for the primary applicant and attach it to your online application

You will receive an email approving or denying your application once all required documents are received and reviewed.
